SLCH is a new rating system made to simplify the customer satisfaction scoring.

What?

It uses GPA score concept where the perfect score is 4. The numeric score is followed by the letter of S (service), L (layout), C (cleanliness), or H (hospitality) which shows the superior value of a business.

How?

- the rating facilitates a comprehensive scoring of four basic aspect of a business.
- the score always show the goodness aspect of a business.
- Can be applied for any kind of businesses.
